Mission Statement

Our mission is to the use the political process to enhance the wellbeing of the people of Surry County.

We will accomplish this mission by:

·        Listening to the people of Surry County and responding to their needs,

·        Adhering to the Plan of Organization of the North Carolina Democratic Party,

·        Developing and strengthening precinct organizations,

·        Recruiting and supporting highly qualified candidates for public office,

·        Supporting the leadership of the state and national party organizations,

·        Communicating openly and effectively with members of the party and the public at large, and

·        Communicating the values of the Democratic Party and recruiting people to become active members.
